The 17th National Congress of the CPC proposed the strategy of "developing the modern service industry system, integrate IT application with industrialization" greatly promotes the upgrade and transformation of economic structure; the convergence of information technology and traditional industry hastens the birth of digital home, automotive electronics, medical electronics, machine tool electronics, numerical control electronics and steamer electronics. In these new industry types, the chips and peripherals are gradually convergence, products' core competitiveness reflects in the design and functions of embedded software; embedded software contributes more and more to high-end products' profits, so embedded software's increment benefit doubles, it plays more and more important role in the process of realizing high added value, powerful innovation ability and radiation.
