Report Highlights
In 2008, we carried out salary surveys in the ICT field. By inviting enterprises to take part in the surveys, and carrying out questionnaire surveys in its annual industry meetings and forums, we have collected and sorted out salary data in the various functional fields and about employees at various levels in hundreds of enterprises.
In the face of competitions in the talent market and doubts over human resources management, the 2008-2009 Annual Report on Salary & Welfare in China's Internet Industry released by us will help Internet enterprises accurately grasp salary & welfare information about the market and provide the most valuable reference for enterprises to make HRM decisions:
* Following the research characteristics of us, and starting from the status and trend of development of the Internet industry, we conduct in-depth analysis of the talent mobility and the status of supply and demand in the industry.
