Report Highlights
In 2008, we carried out pay surveys in the ICT field. By inviting enterprises to take part in the surveys, going down to the enterprise workshop, conducting employee interviews in enterprises, and carrying out questionnaire surveys in its annual industry meetings and forums, we have collected and sorted out pay data in the various functional fields and about employees at various levels in hundreds of enterprises.
In the face of competitions in the talent market and doubts over human resources management, the 2008-2009 Annual Report on Salary & Welfare in China's Semiconductor Industry released by us will help semiconductor enterprises accurately grasp salary & welfare information about the market and provide the most valuable reference for enterprises to formulate their salary policies of human resources management:
