In 2007, China's installed wind power generating capacity approached 5 million
KWH. The wind power industry will fulfill, ahead of schedule, the planned
generating target of 5 million KWH before 2010 as set in China's Middle- and
Long-Term Renewable Energy Development Plan. Currently, China's wind power
generation industry shows the following development characteristics: The
industry is in a take-off stage and has a big room for future growth; new
