Oxyfluorfen is an effective and broad-spectrum herbicide, which can be widely used in the fields of rice, cotton, peanut, vegetables and orchard to control monocotyledonous plants and broadleaf weeds. 

China has 7 active oxyfluorfen technical manufacturers in Jun. 2009, and approximate capacity of 2,650 tonnes. However, with limited demand, China's output was small in 2008, about 1,360 tonnes.
